Fused Deposition Modeling produces exceptionally strong functional parts using engineered plastic materials (ABS, PC, ULTEM and other thermoplastics) that are stable and dimensionally accurate. FDM parts are ideal for fixtures and low-volume production parts.
Composite 3D Printing produces exceptionally strong functional parts using engineered plastic materials reinforced with a variety of composite materials. Parts can be reinforced with Carbon Fiber, Fiberglass and Kevlar for unparalleled strength, stiffness and durability.
Laser Sintering (SLS) technology offers fully functional prototypes with strong mechanical properties and good thermal resistance. SLS prototypes offer excellent long-term stability and resistance to most chemicals.
PolyJet printing offers very high precision models and prototypes with outstanding surface features and fine detail. Like your inkjet printer that fires ink, the printer’s print head literally rains down liquid plastic onto the build tray. High power UV lamps on the sides of the print head instantly cure the dispensed plastic.
Additive metal 3D printing fabricates parts directly from CAD files. The printer uses a high powered laser or electron beam to melt and fuse metal powder into a fully dense part. Highly complex geometries can be created in hours without any tooling. Mechanical properties are similar to wrought materials.
InterPRO offers urethane castings, plastic prototypes with material properties similar to engineered production plastics. These prototypes are cast from liquid plastic into low-cost room temperature vulcanized rubber molds.
